Adobe Acrobat and Reader
Adobe released a security update for Reader, Acrobat Professional, Acrobat 3D, and Acrobat Standard 8.x to address multiple vulnerabilities.
Fixed flaws are caused by buffer overflow and memory corruption errors when processing data within a PDF file, and could allow attackers to execute arbitrary code via a malicious PDF file. A public exploits is already available for the "util.printf()" stack overflow.
Users and administrators are urged to upgrade to 8.1.3 or 9.
