Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Avaya Communication Manager, which could be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system.

The first issue is caused by input validation errors within the Set Static Routes feature of the Web Management Interface, which could be exploited by authenticated attackers to inject and execute arbitrary commands with "root" privileges.

The second vulnerability is caused by input validation errors within the Backup History feature of the Web Management Interface, which could be exploited by authenticated attackers to inject and execute arbitrary commands via a malicious POST request.
