A vulnerability has been identified in Windows Media Player 11, which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an error when handling specially crafted audio-only files streamed from a Windows Media Server in a server-side playlist (SSPL), which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a malicious file from a Windows Media Server.
