A vulnerability has been identified in HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system. This issue is caused by a format string error when processing malformed ".plan" or ".project" files, which could be exploited by attackers to crash an affected system or execute arbitrary code.
