A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows, which could be exploited by remote attackers to bypass security restrictions and gain knowledge of sensitive information. This issue is caused by an error in the Windows MHTML protocol handler that does not properly interpret HTTP headers for MHTML content when parsing URLs, which could cause a malicious redirection to bypass Internet Explorer domain restrictions and allow an attacker to read data from another Internet Explorer domain or the local computer.
