A vulnerability has been identified in SOURCENEXT Virus Security, which could be exploited by remote attackers or malware to cause a denial of service. This issue is caused by an error when scanning malformed compressed files, which could be exploited by attackers to crash an affected application or exhaust all available memory resources via a malicious file, creating a denial of service condition.
