Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in various Cisco products, which could be exploited by remote attackers to bypass security restrictions and disclose or manipulate certain data. These issues are caused by errors in the authentication code of SNMPv3 implementations when processing malformed SNMPv3 packets, which could be exploited by attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information or make configuration changes to a vulnerable device that is based on the SNMP configuration.
