Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Debian, which could be exploited by attackers to disclose sensitive information, cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code.
The first issue is caused due to the random number generator in Debian's OpenSSL package being predictable, which could be exploited to guess and compromise cryptographic keys used for signing or authentication purposes.
Two other issues affecting OpenSSL have been fixed. For additional information, see : FrSIRT/ADV-2007-2759 - FrSIRT/ADV-2007-3487
