Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Linux Kernel, which could be exploited by local attackers to cause a denial of service or obtain elevated privileges.

The first issue is caused by a race condition in "dnotify" between the "fcntl()" and "close()" calls, which could be exploited by malicious users to crash an affected system or send signals to arbitrary processes and gain elevated privileges.

The second vulnerability is caused by errors in the "bdx_ioctl_priv()" function within the Tehuti Network Driver (drivers/net/tehuti.c) when processing malformed data, which could be exploited by local attackers to crash an affected system or potentially gain elevated privileges.
