Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Redhat Directory Server, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions and compromise an affected system.
The first issue is caused by an error in the Red Hat Administration Server that does not properly restrict access to CGI scripts, which could be exploited by unauthenticated remote attackers to access information or perform certain tasks that should have been restricted to administrative users.
The second vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in the Red Hat Administration Server replication monitor CGI script that does not validate user-supplied data, which could be exploited by attackers to inject and execute arbitrary shell commands.
