A vulnerability has been identified in IBM WebSphere MQ for NonStop, which could be exploited by local attackers to bypass security restrictions. This issue is caused due to insecure permissions being set on "runmqsc" and the Pathway panels, which could allow a malicious user who is not in this "mqm" group to start/stop channels and perform certain administrative tasks.
