A vulnerability has been identified in OpenBSD, which could be exploited by local attackers to gain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the "command_Expand_Interpret()" [ppp/command.c] function when processing an overly long and specially crafted command, which could be exploited by malicious users to crash an affected application or execute arbitrary code.
