A weakness has been identified in Citrix Presentation Server and Citrix Desktop Server, which could be exploited by malicious users to gain knowledge of sensitive information. This issue is caused by an error in the installer that writes database credentials to a logfile when MSI logging is enabled (disabled by default), which could allow local attackers to disclose sensitive information and gain unauthorized access to the database.
