A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an affected server. This issue is caused by an input validation error when processing data passed to ASP pages, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary code with the same rights as the Worker Process Identity (WPI), which by default is configured with Network Service account privileges.
