A vulnerability has been identified in Fedora, which could be exploited by malicious users to bypass security restrictions. This issue is caused due to insecure permissions (644) being set on the "/etc/rndc.key" file when installing Bind, which could allow local attackers to execute certain named commands (e.g. stop named).
