Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Cherokee, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions and disclose sensitive information.
The first issue is caused by an error when processing specially crafted HTTP requests, which could be exploited to conduct directory traversal attacks and disclose the contents of arbitrary files.
The second vulnerability is caused by an error when processing file extensions, which could be exploited by attackers to disclose the source code of arbitrary files (e.g. PHP).
