Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Rsync, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions.
The first issue is caused by an error in the rsync daemon when the "use chroot" option is disabled, which could be exploited to conduct symlink attacks and gain unauthorized access to files outside of the module's hierarchy.
The second vulnerability is caused by an error when using the "exclude", "exclude from", or "filter" option in the "rsyncd.conf", which could be exploited by attackers to gain unauthorized access to certain files.
