A weakness has been identified in Subdreamer CMS, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions. This issue is caused by an error in the "Comments()" [includes/functions.php] function that does not validate user permissions, which could be exploited by unregistered and unauthenticated attackers to post arbitrary comments event when posting comments is not allowed.
