A vulnerability has been identified in Novell Client for Windows, which could be exploited by local attackers to obtain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by an error within the "NWFILTER.SYS" driver that does not restrict access to "\.\nwfilter", which could be exploited by malicious users to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges via specially crafted IOCTL requests.
