A vulnerability has been identified in Sysinternals DebugView, which could be exploited by local attackers to gain elevated privileges. This issue is caused by a design error when loading the "Dbgv.sys" module which includes functionality that can be exploited to copy user supplied data to controlled addresses, leading to the execution of malicious code with kernel privileges.
