A vulnerability has been identified in IBM Tivoli Continuous Data Protection for Files, which could be exploited by malicious users to compromise arbitrary clients. This issue is caused due to insecure permissions being set on the global download directory, which could be exploited by local attackers to place malicious files in the affected directory and cause client machines to install and execute the specially crafted binaries.
