Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in RealPlayer, RealOne Player and Helix Player, which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an affected system. These issues are caused by heap and stack overflow errors when processing malformed MP3, RM, SMIL, SWF, RAM and PLS files, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted file or visiting a malicious web page.
