A vulnerability has been identified in Libsndfile, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the "flac_buffer_copy()" [flac.c] function when processing a FLAC file with specially crafted PCM Data, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise an affected system by tricking a user into opening a malicious file using an application linked against a vulnerable library.
