A vulnerability has been identified in Python, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by an integer overflow error in the "imageop" module when processing malformed arguments passed to a "tovideo()" function, which could be exploited by attackers to crash an application using the affected function or execute arbitrary code.
