Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Cisco IP Phone 7940, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. These issues are caused by errors when processing specially crafted SIP message sequences, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a vulnerable device to reboot, creating a denial of service condition.
