Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Microsoft .NET Framework, which could be exploited by remote attackers to gain knowledge of sensitive information or take complete control of an affected system.
The first issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the PE Loader service when processing overly long messages, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.
The second vulnerability is caused by an input validation error in ASP.NET when processing user-supplied URLs, which could be exploited by remote attackers to gain unauthorized access to protected parts of a Web site via a specially crafted URL.
The third issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the JIT Compiler service when processing overly long messages, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted web page.
