A vulnerability has been identified in various Cisco products, which could be exploited by malicious users to execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by buffer overflow errors in the PHP HTML entity encoder when processing malformed data passed to the "htmlentities()" and "htmlspecialchars()" functions, which could be exploited by authenticated attackers to compromise and affected system.
