A vulnerability has been identified in BMC Performance Manager, which could be exploited by attackers to potentially take complete control of an affected system. This issue is caused by an error in the "PatrolAgent.exe" service (port 3181/TCP) that allows the modification of configuration files without authentication, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code by manipulating the "masterAgentName" and "masterAgentStartLine" parameters in SNMP communities definitions [...]
