A vulnerability has been identified in BMC Patrol, which could be exploited by attackers to remotely take complete control of an affected system. This issue is caused by a memory corruption error in the "bgs_sdservice.exe" service when processing malformed XDR data sent to port 10128/TCP, which could be exploited by remote unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary commands with elevated privileges by sending specially crafted requests to a vulnerable application.
