A vulnerability has been identified in 3proxy, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service or execute arbitrary code. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow error in the "logurl()" [proxy.c] function when processing overly long requests (more than 2048 bytes), which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash or compromise a vulnerable proxy server by sending a specially crafted request.
