Two vulnerabilities have been identified in Horde Application Framework, which could be exploited by attackers to execute malicious scripting code or by malicious users to delete arbitrary files.
The first issue is due to an input validation error in the "login.php" script when processing a malformed "new_lang" parameter, which could be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser in the security context of an affected Web site [...]

Upgrade to Horde version 3.1.4 :
