A vulnerability has been identified in News File Grabber, which could be exploited by attackers to take complete control of an affected system. This issue is due to a buffer overflow error when handling a malformed ".nzb" file containing an overly long field (e.g. subject), which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands by convincing a user to open a specially crafted file.
