A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows, which could be exploited by local attackers to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service. This issue is due to an error in the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS) process that does not validate user-supplied parameters when calling "NtRaiseHardError()", which could be exploited by malicious users to gain unauthorized read access to the "csrss.exe" process memory.
