A vulnerability has been identified in CA Anti-Virus and CA Internet Security Suite, which could be exploited by malicious users to cause a denial of service. This issue is due to errors in the "VetMONNT.sys" and "VetFDDNT.sys" drivers that fail to properly handle NULL buffers, which could be exploited by local attackers to crash a vulnerable system via certain IOCTLs.
