A vulnerability has been identified in D-Bus, which could be exploited by local attackers to cause a denial of service. This flaw is due to an error in the "match_rule_equal()" [signals.c] function, which could be exploited by malicious users to disable the the ability of a specific process to receive certain messages, creating a denial of service.
