A vulnerability has been identified in Nostra DivX Player, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to a buffer overflow error when handling M3U playlists containing an overly long UNC pathname, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted playlist file.
