Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in LibTIFF, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands or cause a denial of service.

The first issue is due to a stack overflow error in the "TIFFFetchShortPair()" [tif_dirread.c] function when handling a malformed "DotRange", "YCbCrSubsampling", "HalftoneHints", or "PageNumber" tag, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system via a malicious image.

The second flaw is due to a heap overflow error in the "TIFFScanLineSize()" and "TIFFReadScanline()" [tiff_jpeg.c] functions, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands.

The third vulnerability is due to a heap overflow error in the PixarLog decoder, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary code.

The fourth issue is due to a heap overflow error in the NeXT RLE decoder, which could be exploited by attackers to compromise a vulnerable system.

The fifth flaw is due to an infinite loop in the "EstimateStripByteCounts()" function, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service.

The sixth issue is due to various unchecked arithmetic operations, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions and cause a denial of service.

The seventh vulnerability is due to errors in the custom tag support, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security checks, cause a denial of service, or execute arbitrary commands.
