A vulnerability has been identified in GD Graphics Library, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This flaw is due to an infinite loop error when processing a malformed GIF image using the "gdImageCreateFromGifPtr()" function, which could be exploited by attackers to exhaust all available memory resources via a specially crafted GIF image.
