A vulnerability has been identified in Kerio WinRoute Firewall, which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service. This flaw is due to errors in the SMTP and POP3 protocol inspectors that do not properly handle malformed emails, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash a vulnerable application via a malicious email, creating a denial of service condition.
