A vulnerability has been identified in Kaffeine Player, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to a buffer overflow error in the "http_peek()" function when creating HTTP request headers for fetching remote playlists, which could be exploited by malicious web sites to compromise a vulnerable system via a specially crafted playlist file.
