A vulnerability has been identified in Apple Mac OS X, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions. This flaw is due to an error in the firmware password feature on Intel systems, which could be exploited by attackers with physical access to a vulnerable system to bypass the firmware password and gain a "Single User Mode" access.
