A vulnerability has been identified in Linux Kernel, which could be exploited by remote attackers to bypass security restrictions. This flaw is due to an error in the "ip_push_pending_frames()" function that incorrectly increments the IP ID field when processing unsolicited SYN/ACK packets, which could be exploited by remote attackers to conduct an Idle Scan (nmap -sI) attacks.
