Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, which could be exploited by local attackers to bypass security restrictions and manipulate arbitrary files.
The first issue is due to an input validation error in the "mb_send_mail()" function that fails to properly validate the "additional_parameter" parameter before being passed to sendmail, which could be exploited by local attackers to read portions of arbitrary files and bypass "safe_mode" and "open_basedir" restrictions.
The second flaw is due to input validation errors in the "imap_open()", "imap_body()" and "imap_list()" functions, which could be exploited by local attackers to bypass "safe_mode" and "open_basedir" restrictions and read or list arbitrary files and directories.
The third vulnerability is due to input validation errors in the "imap_createmailbox()", "imap_deletemailbox()" and "imap_renamemailbox()" functions, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass "safe_mode" and "open_basedir" restrictions and create, delete or rename arbitrary files with the privileges of the web server.
