A vulnerability has been identified in Eudora Qualcomm WorldMail, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to a buffer overflow error when processing overly long IMAP commands (e.g. AUTHENTICATE or LIST) ending with the "}" character, which could be exploited by remote unauthenticated attackers to compromise a vulnerable system and execute arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges.
