Multiple vulnerabilities were identified in phpBB, which could be exploited by malicious users to conduct cross site scripting attacks or disclose sensitive information.
The first is due to an input validation error in the "Allow HTML" feature when processing a specially crafted message, which may be exploited by attackers to cause arbitrary scripting code to be executed by the user's browser.
The second issue is due to an input validation error in the "admin/admin_disallow.php" script when handling a specially crafted "setmodules" parameter, which may be exploited by attackers to determine the installation path.
