A vulnerability has been identified in Sun ONE Application Server and Sun Java System Application Server, which may be exploited by remote attackers to compromise data privacy between clients and servers. This flaw is due to an error in the Proxy Plug-in when used with a supported web server (e.g. Sun Java System Web Server or Apache), which could be exploited by malicious people to conduct Man-in-the-Middle attacks and compromise data privacy between the client and the server.
