Two vulnerabilities were identified in CMS Made Simple, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands or gain unauthorized access.
The first issue is due to an input validation error in the "admin/lang.php" script that does not properly filter a specially crafted "nls[file][vx][vxsfx]" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to include malicious files and execute arbitrary commands.
The second flaw is due to an input validation error in the "admin/lang.php" script that does not properly validate a specially crafted "CMS_ADMIN_PAGE" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to bypass the authentication procedure and gain unauthorized access to the application.
