A new vulnerability was identified in KDE Desktop, which may be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands or cause a denial of service. The flaw is due to a buffer overflow error in kdelibs when handling specially crafted "PCX" images, which may be exploited to crash an application and potentially cause arbitrary code to be executed.
