A vulnerability has been identified in Kernel, it can be exploited by a local attacker to cause a Denial of Service or gain escalated privileges. This vulnerability exists due to a buffer overflow error in the "coda_pioctl()" [pioctl.c] function when handling negative "vi.in_size" or "vi.out_size" values, which may allow local users to execute arbitrary commands or crash a vulnerable system.
